Hand wash with cold water or use a gentle machine wash with mild detergent.
Avoid soaking, bleaching, spin-drying, dry cleaning, ironing, or tumble drying.
Line dry out of direct sunlight.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces such as pool edges or rough ground.
Do not pack or store garments when wet; remove excess water and dry promptly.
Separate light and dark colors before washing.
Limit exposure to suntan lotions, harsh chemicals, deodorants, makeup, or perfume.
Be cautious with white and pastel colors, as they may appear transparent when wet.

1. Delivery Terms

Products will be delivered only after full payment has been received.
Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the order process.
Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, the customer will receive a confirmation via SMS and email.

2. Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping within Israel is provided free of charge, except in cases of exchanges, returns or cancellations, in which a fee of 20 ILS per direction will apply.
Customers may avoid shipping fees for exchanges/returns/cancellations by personally returning the product (by prior arrangement) to:

International shipments will incur an additional charge, calculated at checkout based on destination.

3. Delivery Execution

Deliveries are made by an external shipping company.

Deliveries within Israel will arrive within 3 business days from the order date.
During promotions and/or end-of-season sales, delivery may take up to 7 business days or more.

5. Responsibility for Delays

6. Swimwear Returns and Exchanges

Swimwear may only be returned or exchanged if the hygiene sticker is intact and undamaged.
Per Ministry of Health guidelines any damage, removal or tearing of the hygiene sticker will void the right to return or exchange.
The hygiene sticker is strong and durable and not easily removable, to ensure product hygiene.
