1. Delivery Terms
- The website operator will supply products only after full payment has been received.
- Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
- Once the order has been transferred to the shipping company, the customer will receive a confirmation via SMS and email.
2. Shipping Costs
- Domestic shipments within Israel are provided free of charge, except in cases of exchanges, returns, or order cancellations in which case a fee of 20 ILS will be charged for each direction.
- In the event of an exchange, return, or order cancellation, customers may avoid shipping fees by personally delivering the product, by prior arrangement, to the following address: 22 Maskit Street, Herzliya Pituach Industrial Zone, Floor -1.
- International shipments are subject to an
additional fee, which will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart based on the shipping destination. - The website operator is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
3. Execution of Delivery
- Delivery will be carried out by an external shipping company.
- The terms and conditions of the shipping company will apply to the delivery and will be binding on the customer.
4. Delivery Times
- Products will be delivered within up to 3 business days from the date the order is placed on the website.
- For purchases made during promotions and/or end-of-season sales, delivery times may be extended to up to 7 business days or more.
- For urgent deliveries, customers are invited to contact customer service to inquire about expedited shipping options.
Clarification:
A “business day” is defined as a weekday from Sunday to Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and public holidays.
5. Responsibility for Delays
- The website operator is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by the shipping company and will not provide compensation for delayed deliveries.
- Additionally, the website operator will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: strikes, shutdowns, communication failures, acts of hostility, force majeure, wars, terrorist acts, natural disasters, and similar events.
