Washing Instructions (for lightweight, delicate 100% polyester fabric):
1. Machine Wash: Use a gentle cycle with cold water (up to 30°C / 86°F).
2. Detergent: Use mild, liquid detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners.
3. Wash Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out to protect the surface and any details.
4. Avoid Overloading: Wash with similar lightweight items to prevent snagging or stretching.
5. Drying: Air dry flat or hang to dry in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight to preserve color.
6. Do Not Tumble Dry: High heat can damage the fibers and alter the fabric’s texture.
7. Ironing: If needed, iron on low heat using a pressing cloth. Steaming is recommended.
8. Storage: Store folded or hanging in a cool, dry place to prevent wrinkles and fading.

1. Delivery Terms

Products will be delivered only after full payment has been received.
Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the order process.
Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, the customer will receive a confirmation via SMS and email.

2. Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping within Israel is provided free of charge, except in cases of exchanges, returns or cancellations, in which a fee of 20 ILS per direction will apply.
Customers may avoid shipping fees for exchanges/returns/cancellations by personally returning the product (by prior arrangement) to:

3. Delivery Execution

Deliveries within Israel will arrive within 3 business days from the order date.
During promotions and/or end-of-season sales, delivery may take up to 7 business days or more.

5. Responsibility for Delays

6. Swimwear Returns and Exchanges

Swimwear may only be returned or exchanged if the hygiene sticker is intact and undamaged.
Per Ministry of Health guidelines any damage, removal or tearing of the hygiene sticker will void the right to return or exchange.
The hygiene sticker is strong and durable and not easily removable, to ensure product hygiene.
